Using air which is blown through the condenser by a fan is the traditional way to remove the heat. It is important that the compressor compartment is well ventilated allowing cold air to enter from below and hot air to escape to the top.

The Isotherm Compact 2001 Refrigeration System is an ice box conversion kit that will refrigerate a space up to 125L or a freeze a properly insulated space up to 35L. It has an “O” shaped evaporator complete with door. An “O” shaped evaporator acts like the freezer section in a cabinet refrigerator and will keep ice or frozen foods stored inside frozen. The evaporator can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It comes pre-charged with quick-connections and 6’ of flexible copper refrigeration lines, which makes installation easy. This DC-only model comes complete with compressor mounting bracket and thermostat.
