With an integrated 3D motion sensor and Raymarine Smart Wind™ technology, the sensor provides exceptional accuracy in measuring wind speed, direction, true wind and polar data, helping to make smarter decisions in racing and performance sailing.

Finely tuned and wind tunnel tested

The RSW Wind Sensor is carefully balanced and tuned to ensure maximum accuracy and stability from the masthead, even in challenging conditions.

Smart Wind Technology Features:

Increased Accuracy: Accurate wind sensor without expensive processors and complicated calibration tables. Also supports rotating mast installations.

Self-calibrating: Integrated 3D motion sensor (AHRS technology) takes into account the roll and pitch of the vessel, automatically improving the accuracy of the true wind.

Smart Sailing: Compensates for the effects of airflow and upwash around the sails, as well as mast twist and deflection.
