Raymarine EV1 Sensor Core and Evolution Autopilot Components

EV1 Sensor Core

EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. SeaTalkng networking allows power and data to be transferred between the Evolution ACU (Actuator Control Unit) and extended SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks over a single cable connection.

ACU-200 (Actuator Control Unit)

The ACU-200 is a rugged actuator control unit that provides reliable autopilot performance and power to the SeaTalkng bus. Its control unit provides precise control functions and interfaces with other system components.

p70 / p70s Autopilot Control Unit (Sailing)

The p70 / p70s autopilot control unit is a push-button control unit designed specifically for sailboats. Advanced LED backlighting provides low power consumption and vivid color and contrast. Wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles ensure that the screen can be viewed clearly even at sharp angles.

The p70 / p70s control unit includes the LightHouse user interface and a start-up wizard feature that helps you quickly and easily set up the autopilot.

Type 1 Mechanical Linear Steering (12V)

Raymarine’s mechanical linear steering design provides:

Strong thrust, fast response and quiet operation.

Low backlash to minimise steering force on the vessel’s steering system when the autopilot is in standby mode.

Powerful electric motor driven by an electromagnetic safety arm system using a high-tension belt drive and epicyclic gearbox.

High performance with low power consumption.
